Actress Dreama Walker is being sued by an unknown individual over a car accident which happened back in March.
According to TMZ, the victim alleges that Walker crashed into the back of her car, causing extensive damage to her vehicle as well as severe personal injury to herself.
The victim filed legal papers at the LA County Superior Court this weekend, claiming against Walker for loss of earnings and medical bills, as well as the cost of repairing the car.
Walker is best known for her recurring role as rich girl Hazel Williams in the first two seasons of Gossip Girl, but more recently landed the lead role in a new ABC pilot.
Don't Trust The Bitch in Apartment 13 will air in June, and casts Walker as a character called June who moves in with a cruel New York party girl, played by Breaking Bad actress Krysten Ritter.
Walker has yet to make any comment on the lawsuit.
Obama mocks Donald Trump at White House dinner
Barack Obama mocked Donald Trump while addressing guests at the White House Correspondents' Association annual dinner last night.
The President of the United States made fun of Trump - who was in the audience - for questioning his birth place.
Obama quipped that since his birth certificate had now been released, the businessman could focus "on the issues that matter. Like, did we fake the moon landing? What really happened in Roswell? And where are Biggie and 2Pac?"
He went on to deride Trump's starring role on The Celebrity Apprentice, joking that choosing who to fire would keep him awake at night.
Predicting what would happen if Trump's presidency bid was successful, Obama then showed a mocked-up image of the White House, which had been turned into a casino and golf course with girls in bikinis sitting outside in a hot tub.
Later on in the evening, comedian Seth Meyers also teased Trump, saying: "Donald Trump often talks about running as a Republican, which is surprising. I just assumed he was running as a joke."
Prince William aware of "terrified" bridesmaid
Prince William has been filmed commenting on bridesmaid Grace van Cutsem's "terrified" expression during his balcony kiss with Kate Middleton.
An image of the three-year-old, who is a goddaughter of William's, looking sullen and covering her ears as the royal couple locked lips has raced around the internet since Friday's ceremony.
In footage taken from inside Buckingham Palace after the display, William can be seen playfully discussing van Custem with Middleton, Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles.
"Did you see how terrified Grace looked?" the young Windsor asks, before copying her gesture. "Grace, she was like with her hands on her ears."
Little Grace is not the only viral sensation to have emerged from the historical nuptials - footage of a verger cartwheeling through Westminster Abbey after the event has clocked up hundreds of thousands of views on video sharing websites.
