We threw a lot of top 10's at you over the holiday season, Top 10 YouTube clips, Mike shared his  top 5 movies of 2011, there were popular Top 10's in music as well as ones in theatre. Fake Doctor Injected Girl With Cement and Super Glue During Booty Inplant

Is there anything people won’t do to make their butts bigger?

A fake cosmetic surgeon set up shop in Miami Gardens, Florida, then proceeded to inject everything but the kitchen sink into his patient’s rear ends.

30-year old transgender woman, Oneal Ron Morris, is accused of injecting cement, mineral oils and fix-a-flat into the buttocks of at least one woman. He then sealed the incision with super glue.

The not-yet-identified victim became seriously ill, and had to be hospitalized with a staph infection (MRSA) and pneumonia.

Cement was one of the chemicals Morris injected into his victim

“This cocktail of chemicals went into her body and caused her terrific pain,” said Sgt. Bill Bamford.

Morris, who also injected himself with the chemicals has been arrested and charged with practicing medicine without a license and causing bodily harm.

The victim in the case paid $700 for the procedure and is lucky to be alive.

Alvin & the Chipmunks Sue Capitol for Royalties

Talk about a chipmunk (squirrel) trying to a get a nut -- the creators of Alvin and the Chipmunks have sued Capitol Records for 4 years of royalties on the high-pitched hitmakers' songs.

In the lawsuit, Bagdasarian Productions -- the people who created Alvin and Co. back in 1958 -- say they conducted an audit of royalty payments made to them between 2005 and 2009 ... and their results showed the 'munks were getting shafted.

Bagdasarian Prods. say they own all the Chipmunk's performances -- including classics like "On Top of Old Smokey," "Polly Wolly Doodle," and "Swing Low Sweet Chariot."

According to the suit, they're supposed to be paid about .09 for each song that's reproduced or distributed -- OR about .02 per minute of playing time. It all adds up.

Bagdasarian is demanding a full accounting and damages for breach of contract.

Katt Williams Loses Custody of Daughter

Katt Williams has lost custody of one of his children.

According to court docs obtained, Crystal McGhee just won custody of their 8-year-old adopted daughter, Leanne.  It's unclear if Katt and Crystal ever married.

What is clear ... the judge awarded sole legal and physical custody to Crystal.  The judge gave Katt visitation rights -- alternate weekends.

The judge also awarded Crystal visitation with 2 of Leanne's siblings.  It's unclear if Katt has custody of Leanne's siblings but we do know he has 7 adopted kids.

'South Park' parked on Comedy Central until 2016

NEW YORK — The bad boys of “South Park” will make mischief for years to come.

Comedy Central says “South Park” co-creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have signed to extend the animated series an additional three seasons, through its 20th season in 2016.

The network announced Wednesday that Parker and Stone will continue to write, direct and edit every episode of “South Park,” just as they have since the premiere of the series in 1997.

Earlier this year, the duo met with tremendous success on Broadway with their hit musical, “The Book of Mormon.”

The Emmy- and Peabody Award-winning “South Park” views the world through the eyes of Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman, four bratty youngsters in an unhinged Colorado town.

Eddie Griffin I'm Back with the Woman ... Who I'm Divorcing

Eddie Griffin  just can't decide if he wants to be a married man, because he got hitched in September, filed for divorce in October, and reconciled a few days ago.

Eddie and Nia Rivers filed a joint divorce petition in Las Vegas -- the same city where they tied the knot -- on October 29th, citing the go-to "irreconcilable differences."

Now people close to the couple tell us ... they're giving it one more college try, and have put the divorce on hold.

BTW, they got married impulsively on September 8th at a walk-in Vegas chapel.

Take a breath before making your next move, Eddie.
